Sonorias is the administration platform, where JIAS National Director or Providers work with their clients, process music orders or produce the individualized JIAS music.
On the other hand, Sonorias JIAS Music Player is the mobile application used by JIAS clients to listen the actual music. Sonorias JIAS Music Player is available on Android and Apple iOS platforms.
To work with Sonorias you need to be a trained JIAS provider. Either your JIAS National Director can provider you more informat or you can contact us directly and we will send you more information.
In short, Johansen IAS (JIAS) is an auditory stimulation programme which involves listening to music specifically designed to stimulate the nerve pathways into and within the brain – in particular the areas dealing with language. Children as young as three years old, adolescents and adults can all benefit from Johansen IAS.
JIAS can be of benefit to children, adolescents and adults with a variety of speech and/or language difficulties, both spoken and written (including specific learning difficulties and dyslexia).
