Do I need to purchase Sonorias when reinstalling the phone?

No, you don’t need to.

You purchase is stored in the Apple App Store on Apple devices or in Google Play Store on Android devices. If you setup the new phone/tablet and you enter the same Apple/Google account, all your purchased apps can be installed again without purchasing them.
